The fundraising has began to help send six local scouts to America for the World Jamboree 2019.
Six scouts and Explorer Scouts from South Holland have been selected to join 55,000 others at Summit Bechtel Family National Scout Reserve in West Virginia in August 2019.
The local scouts are hosting a series of events to fund the trip which they estimate will cost a total of £15,000.
A recent race night got them out of the stalls raising £700 and the first of what is a series of bingo nights has also raised £250.
The next bingo night is taking place on Saturday, May 12 at the Women’s Institute Hall in Park Road Holbeach.
Eyes down is at 7pm with doors open at 6pm.
