Award to recognise Jo’s support

A Spalding wellbeing coach is celebrating after receiving an award.

Jo Kirlew, Health and Wellbeing Coach at Beechfield Medical Centre, has been awarded the One You Lincolnshire Stop Smoking Practitioner award for October to December 2023.
The award is presented to a community practitioner each quarter to recognise outstanding achievements.
Clare Parrott, External Engagement Coordinator for One You Lincolnshire, went to surprise Jo, along with some of her colleagues from the medical centre and Spalding Primary Care Network.
She said: “Jo goes above and beyond to support her clients through their journey to be smoke-free. It is an honour to give her this award.”
Melissa Lawson, Practice Manager at Beechfield, added: “Jo is always so keen to help people improve their lifestyles and overall health. She works passionately to promote healthy choices and shares her skills and knowledge with our wider team through information sessions, highlighting different pathways and treatments available to patients.”
