Ace Abbi just misses out on a top ten finish in latest Ginetta Junior Championship meet

Gosberton’s Abbi Pulling put in two solid showings at rounds six and seven of the Ginetta Junior Championship over the weekend.

Pulling, who is a rookie in the series, took 13th place in the first of the two weekend races at Thruxton. Although she finished 20.185secs behind race winner Patrick Kibble, she was only 1.384secs off a place in the top ten.

Round seven proved a little tougher for the emerging South Holland talent, as she placed 16th – some 42.857secs behind race victor Adam Smalley.

The next round is at Oulton Park on June 9.
