A good show at charity event

Dogs of all shapes and sizes competed for prizes at a charity dog show.

Two charities joined forces for the Fun Dog Show, with Spalding Hospice Foundation and Guide Dogs benefiting from the event.

The event was held at Unique Cottage Studio at Low Fulney and raised almost £1,000 for the two causes.

A spokesman for the event said the turn-out for entrants was good: “Pippin won best in show and all classes including prettiest bitch and handsome dog were very popular.”

The event also hosted a tombola and fish and chips from Oh My Cod in Spalding.

John Hayes MP also attended.
