A Fleet-ing trip to the seaside

A group of Fleet residents enjoyed a day beside the seaside last week.

There were 40 parents, grandparents and children on a fun day out at Hunstanton, courtesy of the Fleet Community Responders.
A spokesman for the group, which organises events for the village, said: “It was put on using the trip subsidised by funding from Chosen and Fleet’s local councils.
“A Halloween family disco is planned and a Christmas Cheerfulness campaign with a children’s Christmas party and gifts for the elderly living alone.
“We welcome support so we can carry out our objectives for another year which is to organise low or no cost events to put smiles on faces during the cost of living crisis.
“Contact [email protected] if you would like to pledge your support and donate.”
