Witness appeal after man is found with serious head injury

Arrests have been made after an as yet unidentified man was found with a serious head injury in a Spalding road.

Police were called to Cedar Court at 7.20am yesterday (Wednesday, February 5) after the man was found injured.

A spokesman for Lincolnshire Police, said: “While it is unclear how this man received his injuries, we believe he may have been assaulted.

“We are still trying to identify the injured man.

“One man, aged 43, and two women aged 40 and 18, have been arrested in connection with this.

“Two remain in custody and will be dealt with in due course.

“The 18-year-old has been released without any further action.

“Investigations are ongoing.”
