Elizabeth recruits Erica for land firm

Just months after leaving the corporate side of property and business consultancy to launch her own company Elizabeth Allen has been joined by a new recruit.

Elizabeth worked with Erica Orme for a number of years and the pair have reunited working for Elizabeth Allen Land Agents.

Erica originates from Zimbabwe and moved to south Lincolnshire in 1998.

Educated locally with a wide range of qualifications supported by experience in business and property management, Erica compliments and enhances the services already provided.

Mrs Allen said: “I am delighted that Erica has agreed to join me.

“I knew just who to contact when I realised I needed help to fulfil client requirements and continue to grow the business.

“Erica is driven, efficient and capable, just the skills needed.”

Elizabeth is from a farming family in north Cambridgeshire and gained a degree at Harper Adams University College, shortly afterwards she qualified with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Central Association of Agricultural Valuers quickly becoming a RICS Registered Valuer.

Elizabeth began her career 20 years ago in Stamford and moved on to work across the East Midlands and East Anglia for a regional corporate style firm, but realised that advisors in the property and business market needed to deliver accurate and effective advice in an efficient way.

She added: “Business and property issues should not just be assessed on the present.

“Long term property and business planning needs a considered approach, but when decisions are made they need to be put into action, delaying can cause costly issues to arise, such as tax.”

Elizabeth Allen Land Agents Limited, based at Langtoft Fen, deals with a range of agricultural, commercial and residential property services, including property and farm business management, owner and occupier issues, valuations, third party rights negotiations and compensation, basic farm payment and grants, as well as health and safety, COSHH and business administrative support.
