Children’s Easter egg hunt in Spalding town centre under way

A free Easter egg hunt organised by Spalding optician Molsom and Associates is under way.

Children aged 4 to 12 can collect a clue/entry form from the practice in Hall Place. The clues lead to paper eggs displayed in nine other shops/places in the town centre.

Molsom’s Vicky Harvey said: “Each egg has a message to write on their sheet and when completed they return to us to be entered into a free prize draw to win a pair of polarized children’s sunglasses. We also have a little treat to give each child who returns their completed entry form!

“We already build on trying to educate children of all ages (and parents) in the importance of having their children’s free NHS eye examination by providing free school talks with Sydney bear.
“We thought it would be nice to give children a fun activity out in the fresh air!”

The competition closes on Saturday, April 15.
