Ella’s Project hands over first donation

A project to collect children’s clothes to help those in need has handed over its first official donation.
Ella’s Project was launched earlier this year by Spalding couple Mark and Sarah Le Sage, who were inspired by all the clothes they had which their daughter Ella had grown out of.
Sarah handed the first donation to Rachel Carter, of Boston’s Women’s Aid, which will use the bundles of clothes for the women and children it helps across the district.
Sarah thanked everyone who had already donated, but urged others to consider passing on their children’s good quality outgrown clothes to the ongoing appeal.
Collection points include: Munchkins Nursery, Tulip Radio, The Ivy Wall, Hills Department Store, Spalding Travel, Spalding Swimming Pool, Tonic Health, The Garden Cafe Baytree and Grays of Holbeach.
