Tribute band Ultimate ELO are bringing the blue skies to Spalding next month.
The recreation of the legendary Jeff Lynne led band is at the South Holland Centre on Saturday, September 5.
A spokesman for the South Holland Centre said: “ELO helped form the soundtrack to the seventies, and ‘Ultimate ELO’ play sets packed with all the disco hits and lighter waving anthems that will have everyone singing along.
“The mid to late 70s pop charts were dominated by ELO.
“Think about those massive hits from 1976 onwards: Livin’ Thing, Telephone Line, Mr Blue Sky, Sweet Talkin’ Woman, Turn To Stone, Wild West Hero, The Diary Of Horace Wimp, Don’t Bring Me Down, Shine A Little Love, All Over The World, Xanadu and many more in the space of five years.”
