LETTERS – Thanks to those who helped me

I would like to convey my sincere thanks to the kind people who stopped to help me when my buggy tipped over in Holbeach High Street early afternoon on Tuesday, May 5.

They did their best to comfort me and stayed until the ambulance arrived.

Also, my repeat prescription was taken to the doctors surgery nearby.

After a long wait in A&E at the Pilgrim Hospital I was finally admitted much later that night with a dislocated hip.

So thank you also to all the staff at Pilgrim for excellent treatment and care.
