World music tinged folk band Mishra are the latest act to head to Long Sutton’s Market House this Saturday (April 25).
The group is a collection of musicians centred around founding duo singer and banjoist Kate Griffin and percussionist Ford Collier.
It’s these as a duo that will be visiting Long Sutton Market House.
Expect mesmerising tunes delivered by highly talents individuals.
A spokesman for the venue said: “As part of the Arts Council Rural Touring Scheme, Long Sutton Town Arts is delighted to present Mishra who perform with a relaxed charm that draws you in from the first note.
“Whether you are a fan of traditional folk or curious about global fusion sounds, Mishra will surprise and inspire you with their originality and infectious joy in making music together
“Long Sutton Town Arts is a group of volunteers who with the support of the Arts Council, bring professional live and local events to our community.”
The event starts at 7.30pm with tickets £13.50 or £10.50 for students or if you buy as a group of four.
