All to play for in darts Division A

It’s still all to play for at the top of Division A in the Crowsons Volkswagen Pinchbeck and District Winter Darts League.

League leaders Royal Mail Cart produced an impressive away win at the Lincoln Arms D, with Chris Fidler shining in his singles victory over Dan Gent, hitting legs of 18 and 14 darts.

Andy Palmer was the lone winner for Lincoln, beating Darren Gedney.

Second-placed Lincoln Arms A kept the pressure on with a away win at Services Club B.

Paul Blow and Sam Roberts fired in a 16-dart pairs leg for Lincoln, while Steve Stancer hit a 180 but lost to Tony Clark.

Steve Rawding impressed with a 139 checkout in the pairs and added a 180 and a 100 finish in his singles loss to Dean Murray.

Consti Club C edged a close fought derby against Consti Club B.

Jordan Philpott hit a 180 for the C team, and Harry Faulkner secured the win before Pat Looney and Adam Robinson took the final two singles for the B side.

Pinchbeck FC B came from behind to win away at the Green Dragon A, with victories for John Gilman and John Mackenzie sealing the comeback.

Simon Horton checked out on 110 and Scott Williams hit a 106 finish for Dragon.
Black Bull recorded a home win over bottom side Drayman’s Arms, with Karl Loth and Pete Grooby hitting a 14-dart leg in their pairs game.

In Division B, leaders Kirton Leisure were inactive this week, allowing second-placed Consti Club Z to close the gap with a home win over Services Club A.

Late wins for Acker Kelk and Sarah O’Driscoll in the final two singles saved the whitewash.

Consti Club D edged Green Dragon C at home, with John Robinson sealing victory in the final singles, beating Luke Hackett.

Tommy Lee starred for the Consti with a superb 150 checkout (T20, T20, D15) in his singles win, while Tom Overton replied with a 123 finish for Dragon.

Despite being a player short, Green Dragon Z pulled off a fine away win at the Lincoln Arms C, thanks to singles wins from Kieran Day, Harry Tucker, Brendan Clark, and Callum Day.
