Man admits making illegal images of children

A Pinchbeck man has admitted three counts of making indecent images of children.

Thomas Gallagher, 23, of Wardentree Lane, pleaded guilty to creating 72 category A, 69 category B and 966 category C images of children between June 1, 2021 and June 9, 2023.

Last week Boston Magistrates Court sentenced him to a sexual harm prevention order which includes being banned from using or possessing a computer or smartphone capable of having the internet that can hide its history or can’t be scanned and of using or installing any message application on which you can delete messages such as Snapchat or using social media.

He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and a £114 victim surcharge.
