Day had the plough factor

Over 40 people dug deep in a bid for victory at Spalding Young Farmers’ annual Tractor Working Day.

Richard Chatterton came out on top in the competition at Fold Lane in Moulton.
His ploughing was judged the best ahead of Kevin Pearsall and Russell Nichol.
There was also a barbecue and a host of games.
A spokesman for Spalding Young Farmers said: “We hope everyone who attended had just as much fun as we did.
“Well done to all who took part.
“A massive thank you to our judges, our Lincolnshire YFC president, Richard Butler and Graham Morley as well as Simon and Alicia Earl for the field.”
