Music festival is catering for all

A special music festival aimed at encouraging people with disabilities to attent is returning to Crowland this week.

The Going Forward Music Festival is the fourth annual event which this year takes place at Southview Community Primary School in Postland Road, on Saturday. (23)

Among those on stage from noon to 7pm will be the incredibly talented singer Chloe Lorentzen and eight-piece party soul band Motor City Vipers who will be lovingly creating a wide selection of Motown and Northern Soul floor fillers.

The Rat Pack Tribute Act, sees the works of Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jnr and Dean Martin brought to life.

Crossing the Tracks are a fabulous fusion of folk, country blues and rock and there’s also the high energy acoustic trio All Killer No Filler will be delivering singalong hits from the across the decades.

Tickets for the event cost £10 with the admittance for a person with disabilities including one free ticket for a carer.
