Leg warmers and big hair made a comeback for a special day of fundraising at Spalding’s Castle Sports Complex.
An 80s theme saw staff and sports centre members dress the part for fitness classes throughout the day which were carried out to music from the decade.
The event was the idea of personal trainer Sheena Tulloch, who wanted to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support and Wheelpower, the own charity of 1Life, which runs the leisure complex, to provide sporting opportunities for the disabled.
As well as Sheena, other staff taking part included centre manager Rachel Fox and gym manager Cheryl Ingleby.
The day was rounded off with an 80s disco, complete with glitterball and glow sticks, provided by Leo Promotions.
Sales adviser Katrina Biggadike said: “It was a good day, everyone loved it and we raised more than £300.
