Wisbech Town frontman Treacher agrees return to Holbeach United

Holbeach United have raided UCL Premier Division rivals Wisbech Town once again to secure the services of Tommy Treacher for next season.

Striker Treacher, who started last season with the Tigers, has followed fellow Fenmen frontman Josh Ford in agreeing terms with boss Darren Jarvis for the 2015/16 campaign.

Treacher will be no stranger to anyone at Carter’s Park, having enjoyed numerous spells with the club over the past decade. He’s played under bosses stretching from Shaun Keeble to Glen Maddison, but his most memorable spell saw him win three trophies in two years – inclulding the 2012/13 UCL title – under John Chand.

Holbeach may yet plunder managerless Wisbech again for the services of Steven Reid and Luke Wilson, who are very much on their radar.

The Tigers have been very busy over the close-season, signing up the likes of Jamie Stevens, Ricky Drury, Jonny Clay, Chris Ward and Andy Law.

More to follow.
