Two lucky women are looking forward to a fit and healthy future after scooping a year’s gym membership and access to a personal trainer.
Paula Forman and Sandra Pattinson went along to Everybody’s Gym in Spalding to claim their prize after winning a competition run by the gym and The Spalding and South Holland Voice.
They can now make use of the gym’s facilities and have the chance to meet up with their assigned personal trainers on a regular basis to work on their tailored exercise and nutrition programme.
They also picked up their Myzone training belt system, which monitors performance in the gym on large screens and then sends their exercise statistics to them by email after their session.
