A hat-trick from Warren Skeels helped Holbeach Bank win 5-4 at Netherton United B in a ChromaSport PDFL Division Four cracker on Saturday.
Brett Schlechter and Sam Thompson also netted for Bank, who hauled themselves into the top ten of the standings.
They are now hot on the heels of South Holland rivals Whaplode Drove, who were handed a 4-2 reverse by hosts Huntingdon Rovers.
Lee Jackson and Shane Millar netted for Drove, who are now eighth.
Up in the Premier Division, a goal from veteran Ricky Hailstone handed Whittlesey Athletic a 1-0 win over Holbeach United Reserves.
Omar Joof’s side are now fifth in the standings, with Whittlesey climbing up to second behind leaders Moulton Harrox.
Down a level in Division One, Moulton Harrox Reserves are back in fourth place following their 4-1 Broad Lane success over Peterborough ICA Sports Reserves.
Martin Sandall (2) and Macauley Grimwood notched for Moulton, with an own goal rounding off the scoring.
In Division Two, Spalding Town made it seven wins from nine league matches with a fine 6-3 success at Thorney Reserves.
Andrew Williams (2), Gav Bailey, Danny Kingman, Markus Parry and Mark Astley were all on-target for Town, who are very much in the promotion picture in fourth place.
