Most seriously injured were a 48-year-old female passenger from the Mini and a 65-year-old female passenger from the Micra, both of whom were flown to the Queens Medical Centre in Nottingham.  Their condition is described as stable.

The other occupants of the Micra were a 68-year-old male driver, a 39-year-old woman, a nine-year-old boy and an eight-year-old girl, all from the Peterborough area.

The driver of the Mini was a 49-year-old man from Grimbsy.

All were treated at Boston Pilgrim Hospital for less serious injuries.  The Vivaro driver was unhurt.
