Teen pleads not guilty to raping boy (7)

A teenager has appeared in Boston Youth Court on an allegation of rape on a boy of seven.

The teenager, who was 13 at the time of the alleged offence in June last year, cannot be named for legal reasons.

He pleaded not guilty to the charge alleged to have taken place in the South Holland area.

District Judge Peter Veits ruled that the teenager should be tried at Lincoln Crown Court with a first appearance on April 20 and he was granted conditional bail.
