Tasty treats for all at festival

Holbeach Food Festival returned last weekend and organisers are hailing it the best ever.

Held at Carter’s Park over Saturday and Sunday, attractions included food and drink for all tastes, fun and games and a strongman competition.
Organiser Nick Worth said: “I think this was undoubtedly our best ever festival.
“Near perfect weather brought out a constant stream of people all day.
“Particularly popular was Fudged Up with their dreamy fudge, ‘outrageously orange’ which was positively mouth watering.
“The Lincolnshire Drizzle Company, Eat Ya Fajita, House of Feasts, Kura Kura, Jackalope Joe Coffee and Off the Stone Pizza were all new to the festival and were extremely popular.
“Bake Me Sweet and Chilli Fever sold out and Carole Williams with her brand ‘Made in Holbeach’ had a great weekend.
“Despite the cost of living crisis, people were spending money and enjoying a family day out in their local park.”
