Sutton Bridge annual art exhibition celebrates its 20th year

The annual art exhibition at St Matthew’s Church in Sutton Bridge celebrates its 20th year.

In reaching its second decade, the event has become the longest running art exhibition in the area.
More than 200 works were entered into this year’s event, which features works from 70 artists from Lincolnshire, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.
The exhibition opens on August 26 and runs until September 1.
South Holland MP John Hayes will open the preview on Friday, August 25.
The exhibition opens its doors to the public from 10am to 6pm each day, apart from Sunday, August 27 (12pm-6pm). Refreshments will be available all day and light lunch will be served from midday to 2pm. Profits from the refreshments and commission from sales will go to the church.
“Last year Rev David Oxtoby received £1,600 for church funds,” said organiser David De Roux.
