Spalding resident (37) ‘intended to commit sexual offence’

A Spalding man said to have been intending to commit a sexual offence has been remanded in custody. 

Vytas Prochorenko (37) was arrested in the Hampton Court area of the town at about 10.30pm on Sunday, August 2.

He was charged the following day with the offence of knowingly/recklessly trespassing on premises with intention of committing a sexual offence.

Prochorenko, of St John’s Road, appeared at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, August 4, where he was remanded into custody until he appears at Lincoln Crown Court on August 17.
