Young leaders are being sought in South Holland to take part in a course provided by the Rotary organisation.
One person from the area aged 18-26 can be sent for the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA), an eight-day residential course at Grafham Water.
The Rotary Club of South Holland would like to hear from local young people who would be interest.
A spokesman for the group said: “The Rotary Club of South Holland have been sending candidates to RYLA each year for over 25 years and no one has been disappointed with their experience.
“Candidates have come from a variety of backgrounds including pre and post university students, members of voluntary organisations such as Scouts, Guides, rugby and Young Farmers’ clubs, Air and Army Cadets, people on apprenticeships and people on graduate courses or work experience in industry.
“There is no cost to attending the course because all costs and fees will be met by the Rotary Club of South Holland.
If you are interested in going on RYLA (or know someone who might be) please contact Peter Start on 01406 380599 e-mail [email protected].
