The Spalding Gentlemen’s Society has set a new quiz to help pass the time away while we’re all self-isolating.
The word quiz will be £1 to enter and will have the usual prizes of £20 for first place, £10 for second, and a £5 random prize, picked from all entries.
A spokesman for the society said: “The closing date is August 1 so there’s so plenty of time to exercise those little grey cells.”
The quiz is available either by emailing [email protected] or downloading it from the Society website at www.sgsoc.org
The most recent quiz saw the society raise £242.50 with C Chantler and J Baker sharing the top prize, while L Golding won the random prize.
“Raising so much is a fantastic achievement,” the spokesman said. “Many thanks to all those that entered, and to Bookmark in Spalding for selling so many for us.”
