Seven-up Moulton Harrox celebrate PDFL Premier Division title in typical fashion

Moulton Harrox rounded off their title winning league campaign in the ChromaSport PDFL Premier Division with a 7-0 win over ICA Sports on Saturday.

Doubles from Danny Lambe-Hyner, Joe Townsend and Marcus Parry secured the big win at Broad Lane, while Declan Earth chipped in with a goal too.

Kev Nottingham’s side finish with 24 wins and only two losses from 30 games, giving them a haul of 76 points.

The squad got their hands on the trophy on Saturday, celebrating their third title in seven seasons in typical style.

They will hope to add another trophy to their collection next month when they take on Premier Division rivals Whittlesey Athletic at Nene Valley Community Centre in the final of the the Peterborough Senior Cup (May 11, 5.30pm).
