A reunion is being planned for former pupils of Fleet Fen Primary School.
The get-together is being organised by Philip Grummitt, Peter Bingham and Ian Laxton who have received a positive response to their plan.
Former pupils still living locally and those who have moved away from the area have all been in touch about attending.
Organisers are still trying to trace several ex-pupils for the event at Gedney Hill Golf Club on Saturday, September 3.
Tickets are £10 and proceeds from the evening will go to the East Anglian Air Ambulance.
