Put your community health services questions to NHS Trust board

The public is being invited to put questions to the NHS Trust board responsible for overseeing community health services in Lincolnshire.

Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) runs services across the whole county, aiming to deliver great care, close to home. The trust helps patients to stay independent by providing treatment in the local community or in patients’ own homes.

LCHS also provides healthy lifestyle services to prevent ill-health and ensure the best outcomes for those with long term conditions.
The trust’s board shapes the direction, vision and purpose of the organisation and ensures it delivers value for money services.

Chairman Elaine Baylis said: “Our monthly board meetings provide the public with an opportunity to find out more about the organisation, the services we provide and how well we are performing. The role of our Trust board is to ensure that we are providing the highest quality care and improving the health of local people by providing services that reflect the needs of the communities we serve.

“Engagement with our patients and local community is crucial and we actively encourage people to attend and listen to discussions. It offers insight on our performance and an update on wider issues within the NHS.

“We will also start the meeting with a question and answer session to give the public a chance to raise any issues they may have.”

The February meeting is at the trust’s headquarters (Beech House, Witham Park, Waterside South, Lincoln, LN5 7JH) on Tuesday (February 14) at 1pm.

All are welcome to attend but RSVP are required by emailing [email protected].
