Online arts and heritage resource for South Lincolnshire goes live

A new website detailing arts or heritage activity, venues, organisations or professionals in South Lincolnshire has gone live.

Visitors to www.southlincsartsdirectory.co.uk can search for things like arts classes, a voluntary arts group, an artist or professional they might want to commission for work or see what venues there are in the area.

The website has been funded by Transported, the Arts Council England-funded organisation aiming to raise levels of engagement with the arts in Boston Borough and South Holland. It’s supported by South Holland District Council and Blackfriars Theatre, Boston.

Melissa Poulson, of Transported, said: “Having an online resource means that it will hopefully never go out of date and anyone can submit a new listing at any time – so we hope that the website will continue to evolve as an ongoing resource in the coming years so that it is an accurate reflection of how many fantastic arts and heritage opportunities are available in South Lincolnshire.”

Anyone wanting to be listed can fill out a short form on the website.
