One man went to Poe

Fans of the spooky, the macabre and the mysterious are in for a treat this month!

Threedumb Theatre (in partnership with Act II Theatre Company) will be bringing their show One Man Poe to the beautiful surroundings of Ayscoughfee Hall Museum on October 22 at 7pm.
Lovers of Gothic fiction will be able to enjoy Stephen Smith perform four of Edgar Allen Poe’s twisted and terrifying tales.
The event is a ‘pay what you can’ experience.
Karl Gernert of Act II Theatre Company, who is working with Stephen on this project said: “We are really lucky to be able to host the tour in Spalding.
“We’re on the same tour as venues in Edinburgh, London, Birmingham and Baltimore.
“Stephen’s performance is an absolute tour-de-force. He truly inhabits and accurately brings to life four stories form the master of the macabre himself.
“Poe himself would surely have approved!”
