Monster fun for all at Truckfest

Monster trucks are back over the Bank Holiday weekend when Truckfest returns after two years away.

Staged by Spalding-based Live Promotions, the show is celebrating its 40th anniversary and TV’s Todd Dewey from Ice Road Truckers is flying in to meet fans across the three days.

This year the doors open at 2pm on Saturday, but visitors are invited to stay beyond sunset to watch a spectacular firework show.

There will be more than 2,000 trucks on show along with events in the main arena ranging from car-crushing monster wheels to a breathtaking motorcycle show.

Super Saturday starts a bit later so visitors can see the trucks and trade stalls before the light parade is held in the main arena.

Truckfest Peterborough is held at the East of England Showground and is the only three-day show in the Truckfest season this year.

Day tickets are £20 for adults or £30 for Super Saturday if bought in advance. Camping weekends are also available starting at £100 for pre-booked family camping.

All the details can be found on the Truckfest website at truckfest.co.uk

All camping tickets include entry to Super Saturday as well as Sunday and Monday.
