LETTERS – Why not use town library?

Whilst I applaud the excellent efforts of the Friends of Long Sutton Primary School in raising such a large amount of money for the school library, I must point out there is an excellent library within a very short walking distance of the school.
Why not use that one and spend the amount raised on some other worthwhile project?
