LETTERS – Ukraine flag is a political statement

Whilst I accept the excellent work and friendly, helpful staff at the South Holland District Council offices I wish to comment on the Ukraine flag hoisted in front of the building.
From the aspect of representation I find the display of the Ukraine flag to be a political statement.
Contrary to the perceived narrative I oppose the display of the Ukraine flag on council property.
Whether one supports Ukraine or not, is not the issue in question. I do not believe political statements should be expressed at council buildings.
