Letters – Have you been falsely accused of speeding?

Were you travelling on the A1175 Littleworth Drove in Deeping St Nicholas on January 9 at around 11.30am?

Were you subsequently issued with a “Notice of Intended Prosecution” by the police accusing you of speeding?

If, like me, you did receive such a notice and know that you were not breaking the prevailing speed limit, then please contact me.

I received such a notice which mistakenly charges me with speeding when I was not.

I intend challenging this charge in court if necessary.
