What do they define as the town centre? The circle of doom outside Boots?
It’s ok to drink, give abuse to people passing, spit, throw cigarette ends on the floor, but you cannot feed pigeons.

We have no police the carry out the essentials in Spalding.
We have gone through the signs on lamp posts, no drinking, do not drink and drive – this is just another waste of money dreamt up by our out of touch council.
Spalding is run down and dirty and the council should concentrate on greater projects for the future of our once thriving community.
