LETTERS – Abbey Passage cleared

You will have heard that Abbey Passage has now been cleared after over a year of myself and others questioning what is going on.

In fact the only questions I’ve had from residents whilst walking through town over the last four weeks have related to Abbey Passage.

I’d like to express my gratitude to Edward and Richard Hall from Hills, Paul Barnes, Dave Ashby, Rob Gibson, Ingrid Sheard, Nick Worth, Insp Matt Dickinson and his team and all the SHDC teams involved. Especially Tom Masters and his team working in homelessness and thank him for constantly answering my calls and emails.

I’m pleased that residents can now feel safer using Abbey Passage following on from such an unpleasant incident.
