LETTERS – A couple of questions

I read with interest in The Voice that Downing Renewable Developments are proposing to build a new 2,700-acre solar farm at Crowland which will supply power to 215,000 homes.

A couple of questions that spring to my mind:- How many homes will the development be supplying electricity with during the night?

And secondly would Downing Renewables be contemplating building the site if they were not getting a whacking great grant from ultimately the British taxpayer?
