LETTER: Did officers not notice rubbish?

Did the two police officers walking along the riverbank (as featured on The Voice website) spot the council wheelie bin (from the rear of the South Holland centre) in the river by the river taxi jetty?

I guess they also missed the rubbish bin on the other side of the river by the phone box which also now resides in the Welland.

I’m glad anti-social behaviour is a thing of the past.
