Jackie’s spell-binding entry

A ‘white witch’ is the latest to put herself forward to the Ambassador for the Spalding Flower Parade.

Jackie Clements moved to Pinchbeck from Essex in 2018 and says she’d always wanted to be involved in a carnival.

“I’ve never had the chance,” said Jackie who works in an accountants. “It’s certainly on my bucket list.”

Her hobbies include knitting, sewing, cooking, meditating, chilling with her lads, and she owns six cats.

“I say I’m a white witch, but that doesn’t mean I put spells on people,” she continued. “I love living here, it’s so different to city life.

“I absolutely adore cats and have six of my own plus a house rabbit that runs around among them.

“I love the stars at night and hot sunny days doing very little.”

Anyone over 18 looking to apply can contact Jan Whitbourn on 07779 895388 or email [email protected] or contact Richard Rush at The Voice on [email protected] and an entry form will be sent for you to fill in.
