The NHS is reminding residents in South Holland that many pharmacies will be closed over the Easter break.
But there is expert -medical treatment during the holiday at a number of pharmacies.
Patients can save time by visiting pharmacists for quick, confidential advice on a range of common illnesses.
“Your local pharmacy can help you with more than you might think. Pharmacists offer expert confidential advice and treatment for may minor health problems.
“Patients who have signed-up to GP online services can use their smartphone, laptop, tablet or PC to request repeat prescriptions or make a GP appointment online. It’s simple to sign-up to. Patients just need to take two forms of photo ID into their GP practice.
According to the NHS, the nearest pharmacies open over Easter will be Boots at West Street, Bourne on Good Friday from 8.30am to 6pm; Tesco, Bourne, from 12pm to 4pm on Friday and Monday,
The Well Pharmacy, Bourne, will be closed on Friday, Sunday and Monday.
On Sunday, the pharmacists listed as open are Lloyds at South Square, Boston from 2pm to 3pm.
There are also pharmacies open in Lincoln and Grantham.
