GALLERY – Brollies, boots and festival fun

Hardcore South Holland festival-goers pulled on their wellies and didn’t let the rain spoil the fun at this year’s Holbeach Music and Beer Festival.

Pallets and straw were called into action underfoot as the wet weather arrived on Saturday and created muddy conditions for visitors and stall-holders.
But Sunday saw a change of weather and the crowds were able to enjoy the festival without umbrellas although wellies were recommended.
It was the first year with a new field venue on Holbeach Fen, and the organisers worked late into Friday night to keep the venue open and safe for the rest of the weekend.
Next year will be the festival’s tenth anniversary and plans are already being worked on for the celebrations.
