A former teaching assistant was today (Wednesday May 9) warned he faces an “inevitable” jail sentence after admitting sex offences against a 15 year old girl when he appeared before Lincoln Crown Court.
Martin Moon, 32, of Bridgewater Lane, Pinchbeck, pleaded guilty to two charges of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity together with charges of causing or inciting sexual exploitation of a child and causing a child to watch a sexual act.
The charges involve a 15 year old girl and relate to the period between May 12 and July 28 2017.
Moon also admitted three charges of making a total of 386 indecent photographs of children.
The court heard that at the time Moon was under a sexual offences prevention order imposed at Lincoln Crown Court in January 2011 when he was jailed for 30 months for sexual activity with a different 15 year old girl.
Judge Simon Hirst adjourned sentence until June 8 for a report detailing the level of risk posed by Moon.
The judge granted Moon conditional bail telling him “I will readmit you to bail notwithstanding the fact that custody is inevitable.”
