Fiance’s glowing tribute to NHS

A Surfleet man due to marry an NHS worker in August has made his own glowing tribute to the health service.

Father of two Joe Chapman created the sign out of neon tubing he had lying around the home last weekend.

His fiancee Bexie Browne, currently works at Stamford Hospital and is soon due to move to Peterborough City Hospital for a new placement in the gynaecology unit.

Bexie’s mum Andrea Browne already works at Peterborough and sister Adelaide Bond works at Boston’s Pilgrim Hospital.

Joe, who is due to marry Bexie on August 1, said: “With work I set up exhibitions and had some spare neon tubing at home.

“To be honest I had a lot of time on my hand last weekend and decided to put the sign up.

“I know my partner has showed a few of her colleagues and it’s been put on an NHS noticeboard.”

How have you been showing your support for the NHS? We’d love to see your pictures. Email them to [email protected] and we’ll look to publish as many as possible in next week’s paper.
