Spalding Gymnastic Club showed their talent again as they bossed two of the age groups at the county level five championships.

The best overall showing for the Cradge Bank club came in the 11 years category, with Katie-Marie Parker grabbing gold, Liberty Foden taking silver and Miah Farrell bagging bronze.

More glory came in the 10 years group as Lucia Kato won the gold, with Madeline Freeman fourth.

Further medals came in the eight and nine years competitions, with Maisie Foden and Lily Thompson winning silvers respectively.

Not to be outdone, Millie Parsons also won bronze in the age 12 years category.

That success for Spalding was capped when, in the individual overall apparatus, Katie-Marie Parker won bronze on bars.

There was a clean sweep on beam with Foden (gold), Thompson (silver) and Kato (bronze) locking out the top three.

There was also gold on the floor for Kato – which clinched the individual county title for the Spalding star. Foden was just behind and took bronze.
