Donington still at top

Donington are holding on to the top spot in the Spalding and District Billiards League after a convincing 7-0 win over Pyramid A.
Tony Scully (R40), Nigel Brasier (R70) and Ben Wrigglesworth (R20) made up the winning trio.
Consti A remain in second, just one point behind, having won 5-2 over clubmates Consti B.
John Bellerby (R70) and Stuart Davies (R50) got the wins for them, while Jason Rose (R10) took the points for Consti B.
Gosberton B have fallen to the bottom of the table, following a 7-0 loss away to Pyramid B. Maurice Phillipson (R70), Martin O’Connor (R40) and Darrell Read (R40) were the winning team.
Bourne SC had a 5-2 win away at Holbeach A. Oli Player (R40) and Elliott Gaunt (R50) were the winners for Bourne, while Ben Harding took the solitary frame for Holbeach.
