Dinosaurs and dogs at show

A dancing dinosaur, a climbing wall and lots of dogs were just some of the attractions at this year’s Celebrate Surfleet event.

The event at Glen Park, saw hundreds of people enjoying all that was on offer during Sunday.

Demonstrations, live music, trade stands, lots of food and drink, a dog show, a hot air balloon and traditional funground rides were just some of the attractions this year.

Organiser Jill Wright said: “Where do we start with the thanks after such a fantastic day? Thanks to everyone that helped in any capacity, large or small, you know who you are and you are all brilliant we couldn’t do it without any of you.

“So that’s it for another year Celebrate Surfleet Fete signing off (until the Christmas Fayre). If you think you could help make the events even better then don’t just sit there, come and join us, volunteers welcomed with open arms.”
