U-13 County Cup –
Spalding Town 225-2 beat Long Sutton 134-9

Spalding Under-13s’ big win set up a trip to Woodhall Spa tonight for the next round.
Town openers Paddy Harrington and Jon Manton put on a stand of 168, with Harrington going on to make 108 including eight sixes.
Manton was 88 not out at the end. Ed Lanning and Ethan Lawrence also scored quick runs to help Town to 225-2 in their 20 overs.
Long Sutton’s reply started well until opener Coute was bowled by Nick Carter. Harrington got the next breakthrough with a direct hit from mid-wicket.
Will Barnes batted nicely for the visitors, making 20 before being bowled by Reif Clarke.
Cameron McGeown finished with 2-17 for the hosts, as Long Sutton finished on 134-9.
U-13 League –
Moulton Harrox 88-7 lost to Spalding Town 166-7

Spalding overcame a young Moulton Harrox team on Sunday for a third league win on the trot.
Paddy Harrington smashed a rapid 32 before retiring and Brandon Andrews at number 3 played some nice shots until dismissed by a remarkable one handed caught and bowled by Ben Bingham.
Jack Sawyer made an accomplished 30 with some nicely timed sweep shots before retiring. Spalding made 166-7 in their 20 overs.
Moulton started confidently with Alex Baker hitting six boundaries in his retired score of 30.
Nick Carter got the first wicket with the aid of a smart catch by Clarke.
Then a pair of run-outs by Harrington and Sawyer put Harrox further behind, eventually finishing on 88-7 from their overs.
