Couple face trial over £80k ‘criminal property’

A Deeping St Nicholas couple has been sent for trial at Lincoln Crown Court on allegations of entering an arrangement to facilitate use of more than £80,000, described as ‘criminal property’.

Daniel Andrew Bunn (32) and Holly Graham (25) both of New Road, Deeping St Nicholas face an allegation that between April 9 and June 26 2019, they entered into or became concerned in an arrangement which they knew or suspected facilitated the acquisition, use or control of criminal property, namely £86,293.

Bunn alone faces an allegation that between February 5 2016 and June 26 2019, he carried on a business called DB Models with intent to defraud creditors of the company or for other fraudulent purposes, including removing control of the assets to an unconnected third party.

No pleas were entered and the couple were remanded on bail to Lincoln Crown Court for a first appearance on March 25.
